Can I uninstall Camera phone last update - can't zoom, mode limited

I liked the camera on my Samsung Galaxy S5. Could bring up a menu of settings, could zoom in easily (two finger swipe movement), crisp clear photos. Since the last update, if I choose MODE I can only choose Auto, Beauty face or Panorama. Now I cannot zoom, photos aren't as crisp, worse in low light. Is there a way to revert to the previous update? Or can anyone tell me how to zoom or change the MODE to multiple choices (not just limited to 3) with this new update.
