am working on a logic board for an early 2015 macbook pro 13" 2.7Ghz 8gb memory.

I have seen that this is faulty.

can someone tell me what this is and where I can buy it please.

magid that is L7710 which is a 22UH 2.4A 20% DEM8030C fixed inductor. This is just to identify the component not to diagnose the logicboard issues.
