Can you build an iPhone 4 from all oem parts?

Does anyone know if it is possible to build an iphone 4g bassically form scratch using all oem parts? I seemed to have found all parts needed, but i am unsure if the motherboard will already be softwared, or if this would have to be programmed?

In theory, anything's possible -- you could always restore the device from iTunes. That said, you might not even have a serial number or the thing might not power on, depending on where you get the main board from. It's probably not worth the effort.
