What should I do if I am experiencing poor picture quality?

My picture quality is poor. The image is either too dark, or over exposed. The system is hooked up properly and I am receiving a signal with an image, I just can't see it very well. What should I do?

I'm sorry to hear you're having poor picture quality issues with your Lorex LW2742. My first recommendation would be to clean your lens with a microfiber cloth to remove any smudges or dirt that could be disrupting picture quality. Next, try changing the angle of the camera. Your cameras may be experiencing direct sunlight that is disrupting the image. If you are still having issues, try referring to the Troubleshooting page for the Lorex LW2742.
