Why is my camera recording unwanted motion?

My camera is recording lots of motion that I do not need. This is causing my monitor to die quickly. I do not need video of cars passing in the distance or of my swaying bird feeder when there are strong winds.

Options

Make sure you set your motion detection to best suit what you want to record/catch! With this device, you are able to set your motion detection area and your motion detection range. Check out the troubleshooting page for the Lorex LW2742
