I dropped my iPhone replaced the screen still doesnt work

I dropped my iPhone 5c. There were no cracks but the touch wouldnt work so I bought a new screen replaced it and made sure the connectors all snapped in and closed it. Turned on the phone the screen lit up so I knew I had did it right but I touched the screen ans it still didnt work. I soft reset it. Still didnt work. I need help have any suggestions to whats wrong

The most likely cause is damage to the motherboard. The fact that a new display has the same issue as your old display makes it almost 100% certain. Replacing the display was a very good, logical first step. You eliminated that as a possible fault. Now you know that its a problem after the display, which is basically the logic board. The problem is that logic board repair takes special tools and skills. You have to ask yourself if its really worth paying something over $100 or buying hundreds of dollars in tools to fix.
