I purchased a Compaq laptop; CQ60-615DX from one of your vendors a few years ago. I noticed there were no sound coming from my computer. I went out and purchased external speakers, which still not working. My friend looked in the management device and noticed there is no audio device, which shows all yellow icons. Can you send me the link to download this audio device drivers for my computer.

Hi,
HP, (the makers of your laptop) do not have any drivers available for your laptop anymore.
As you do not state what the OS that you have installed in your laptop is, I'm taking a guess and assuming it is Win7. If that is the case here is a link to a site that has Win 7 audio drivers for your laptop.

As stated, I have windows 10, with 64 bit system
Hi,
Right click on the audio devices in Device Manager , then select Uninstall. Follow the prompts. Shutdown the PC, restart and let Windows 'find' the Audio devices and see if that works.

I have that same problem but nothing works
I reinstall windows 7 and all drivers work fine but when I updated to Windows 10 audio does not work

We just installed windows 10, the sound card still do not work.
