Tablets sometimes freeze up due to multiple programs running simultaneously.

First, turn off the tablet by pressing both the Volume Down button and the power button. Once turned off, wait about 10 seconds before turning on again. Turn on by holding down the power button and the volume down button. This should reboot your tablet.
