Pikachu 3DS XL White shell same as the standard White 3DS XL?

I have bought a limited edition Pikachu 3DS XL for a decent price but it has a broken hinge and requires the bottom shroud around the screen to be replaced. Is it the same color as the standard white 3DS XL? Does anyone own both of these to compare colors or are they identical parts?
