I broke my aux cord tip in the head phone jack

I've tried everything on you tube. I tried the glue with straw and tooth pick I tried the inside of the pen I tried the poking with straight pin. Nothing worked so I want to tear it down and maybe I can get it out like that but I need steps to take it apart
