I have an iphone 6 for almost two years and I'm having problems with the screen, every time I send a message the keyboard jumps or when I flow the images sometimes hangs the "HOME" button does not function, touch not always responds. I should perhaps change the screen?

Judging by your description, it's not the screen. Restore the system software.

If the home button does not function, I would suggest that may be your problem. Replace it first.
