No lights; Wont turn on

One day I was playing a game on my computer when it suddenly shut off. I assumed it just overheated and needed to cool off so I left it alone. Now, though, it won't turn on at all. When I plug in the charger, which does work, the LED light doesn't blink either.

I've done the soft reset, the hard reset, and opened up the back to make sure nothing was loose. Any advice or is it a goner?

@jperrone check the AC adapter to make sure that it is working properly. Next step would be to open the computer and checking the DC jack in to make sure it is working. After that you are looking at repalcing the battery and checking the board for short circuits. Problem with Toshiba is that service manuals and schematics are extremely difficult to come by. This is one company I definitely stay away from due to their consistant bullying of independent repair shops
