I have a Grayer, Duller color on my screen than befor.

Hi, so I was playing my 2ds the other day when it suddenly stopped and not even powering off worked. Now it did come back on and everything is fine but I noticed hat my screen seemed to be duller. Is it my battery? I do not know but I did check the back and everything looked fine to me.
