Videos do not run well on powerpoint

I insert videos to my powerpoint presentation (embedded). Use all kin of formats (WMV, mp4, avi....). If video is small and I enlarge it to fit frame or even just a little bit - the video does not run smooth

I already did it several times with a variety of formats and resolutions - it did not work. the videos still jump and have occasional delays (most of them).

I also tried to resize the video display - small display do better but problem still exists

Same powerpoint presentations with same videos work very well on all other computers

Hi, Two more things to try if you hadn't already done so.

1. Try disabling 'Hardware Acceleration' in Powerpoint.

Click the File tab. Click Options, click Advanced in the left pane of the PowerPoint Options dialog box, and then under Display, ensure the Disable hardware graphics acceleration check box is selected. if it is already disabled, try enabling it by unchecking the box.

2. Ensure that your video drivers are up to date. Go to Device Manager (press Win key + x key together, a box will open on left of screen, click on Device Manager) > click on arrowhead next to Display Adapters to expand entries, right click on your display adapter (should be an Intel brand) and click on Update driver software and follow the prompts.
