Can the Surface Pro 4 output 4K on a 4K monitor?

In the range of answers from NO to YES, these sum to a grand total 51% MAYBE.

If someone asks me, and I don't know, I tell them straight up, "I don't know." It's okay. No reasonable person expects me to know everything. Unreasonable people don't have meaningful opinions.

If someone posts a question in a forum, and I don't know the answer, I don't reply. How does it help anyone in the community, let alone the OP, for anyone (and heaven forbid: everyone!) to post their opinions? If an OP asks for opinions, that's another matter.

If "I don't know" is not an acceptable answer, *AND* I must post an answer other than "I don't know," then I probably ought to find out before posting anything. How does any other response help anyone in the community in a meaningful, concrete way? There is no shortage of Internet opinions, after all.

In the very worst of all cases, forced to respond without meaningful information toward a solution or answer, the best post would include where you looked, what exactly you tried to find, and a qualified measure of what you believe was the best information you *could* find. The benefit to the community is that the next person to take the challenge won't have to retrace your steps.

Fixing something and trying to fix something unsuccessfully are two distinct things. People come here for solutions & answers. I am contributing this opinion to encourage more meaningful outcomes, which serves to fix the issues related to posting an opinion as an answer. The community deserves the best effort. Everyone unwilling to provide qualified responses short of qualified answers better serve the community by refusing to respond.

Otherwise, we all could simply respond to the same end effect as the response above.
