Charger stuck on green. Will not start on full battery. Will not make it past start up bar, logic board?
I tried to attach a video but it didn't work here is a pic of start bar progress then it goes dark. It doesn't try to restart and it doesn't charge the battery.
If I unplug the MagSafe cord and connect it again, it tries to start, dies, then goes back to the what to the boot-up bar as before.
Is this a good question?

Do you have access to a second Mac which you can connect your system to?
I suspect your drive is in trouble which will require you run Disk Utility from the other system.
Or, if you have an external bootable drive you could also boot up under it (its just slower)

Can you give us some background here. Did you get the system wet at some point or bang it?

I had it tested hard drive failed.
