Windows tablet, flashing Caps-Lock. How can I solve this? (BIOS)

I got this little guy, works perfectly, but one day just doesn't turn on, while I connected the keyboard, I saw the flashing Caps-Lock, and as I read, it's some BIOS problem.

Any ideas, what should I do?

(I already wrote emails to the Ployer company, but I think they can not read English, so doesn't my native language, ofc...)
