I turn on the backbook, A black screen with "enter the password"

i cannot reload the discs.

i cannot get to the start menu.

i cannot do anything.

i do not have the password to access the computer.

the discs just keep coming out.

does anyone know what i am supposed to do?

As much as it may sound like a suspicious situation, there are plenty of legitimate ways a person could find themselves in this situation. Ex: repairing a computer for a friend who forgot their password. We should not jump to hasty conclusions. Let Apple decide those kinds of things when the laptop is brought in for service.

Tom, You need to contact Apple either at the link I provide or call 1-800-sos-apple. If you live near one take it to an Apple store. Good luck
