I have no bars and can't get or receive phone calls

Hi,
Have you checked that the SIM card is inserted correctly? Try removing and replacing it. If that doesn't work try installing the SIM card in another network compatible mobile phone. If it also doesn't work in another phone then the card is faulty. Contact your mobile phone service provider for a replacement SIM card.
If it works OK in another phone, try installing a known working network compatible SIM card in your phone and see if it works. If that also doesn't work then the card reader in your phone is faulty.
What is the model number of your phone?
