MY tablet when turning on the button it won't work can it be repaired?

What happens when you connect the charger? Are there any indications that the tablet is charging?
Can you get into the recovery mode by pressing the power button and the volume up button together? If so, this proves that the power button is working. You can always back out of the recovery mode if you do not want to reset your tablet. (and lose all your user data and downloaded apps)
If you have you determined that the power button is actually faulty then here is the Ifixit guide on how to replace the charge port on your tablet. I realize that this is not your problem but it is handy in that it shows how to gain access to the components inside the tablet.

Fortunately the power button is on a removable module in the tablet. Here is a link to just one supplier of the Power Button flex cable ribbon. As there are three variants , depending on the exact model of your tablet you will have to determine which is the exact part that you need and also how to remove/replace the part once you have opened the tablet.
When working on the components in a tablet it is advisable to disconnect the battery before you start so that if you accidentally slip when using tools that you will not cause any more problems. Be sure that you replace the battery connector and test the new part works before you close up the tablet.
