My camera continuously turn on and off . and not charging .

hi, i have dsc hx400v last two years and from yesterday when i connect to charging my camera , the message show ( the ac adapter does not support usb power supply .to shoot / playback ,disconnect the usb cable, to charge turn off the device power off .)after when i try to turn off my camera it does not turn off . i reset factory setting but not it continuously turn on and off. please help .
