just had speaker replaced in iphone but people can not hear me.

My guess is that cable 4 is not connected properly. Cable 4 connects the dock connector to the logic board. The dock connector for the 3G houses the microphone and the speakerphone speaker. The phone will still appear to work properly even if cable 4 is not connected.
Try recording a voice memo and play it back. Can you hear the audio at all? Is the audio still nonexistent? If it is, I think reconnecting cable 4 will fix the issue.
