Why won't my phone charge?
I know the charger works, but when I plug the phone in it doesn't charge.

Hi! Thank you for the question! Often issues involving the battery are software related. However, it could be the hardware itself. Try using another charger, if not try replacing the existing battery.

there is a charging problem as well as the sim is no getting activated
