Nintendo 2DS completely dead. No power, no charge. No lights come on.

I have a Nintendo 2DS that is currently not getting any power whatsoever. Unfortunately, I do not have a backup 2DS to compare voltage to and such. The fuse is not blown. Power seems to be getting to the system in certain parts but not others. Battery is charged through a 3DS console.

So my main question is this. There was some white paste-looking stuff on the motherboard that I have seen on SNES consoles before and it eats at the solder (why??). There wasn't much, but one of the tiny pieces (Q1 to be exact) was effected a little. Is this one piece possibly being disconnected enough to make the entire system lose all power?? I think one pin is disconnected because I can't get continuity anywhere from it. If so, what should I do? Idk if saving the piece is an option, or even replacing it because the paste stuff ate away most of the metal where the pin was.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?
