There is no audio coming from the device.

When playing music or attempting to watch a video there is nothing coming out of the speakers of the device.

Options

There could be a problem with your devices audio hardware. Try to turn the device off then back on again. Most of the time this will reset the hardware and allow the speakers to produce sound again.
