Why won't my iPod Touch turn on?
Every time I press the on button the apple icon shows and stays on. It won't allow my iTouch to fully turn on. Why is that? Help me please!

What happens if you leave it? Does it eventually turn itself off?
Force it into restore mode, and restore the firmware to it to reset everything. You can do this 2 different ways:
1) Turn it off, hold down the Home button, plug it into your computer, keep holding the home button until the "Connect to iTunes" logo appears on the iPod Touch screen
2) press the Power button and Home button at the same time, and keep holding them down until the "Connect to iTunes" logo appears. This may take 20-30 seconds and you will see the screen turn on and off multiple times
After that, open up iTunes and follow the prompts to restore/update the software on the iPod Touch.
