@dafni from your description it does sound like a broken LCD. Yes this can be fixed but only be repalcing the LCD. You should also take care off the water damage. If you do not clean your phone properly with some isopropyl alcohol or and ultrasonic cleaner, it will eventually corrode and fail. The ACER Liquid Z410 does not have a lot of manuals to guide you for the repair. Consider having your dealer repalce the display.
