I can not find my model number in Ifixit lists

My Serial No: W80151PUAGU What is my model number? I think I need a new mouse . Also my screen slips horizontally and get locked slightly to the right. Would that be a symptom of a bad mouse? It was proceeded by loss of control of the arrow.
