Honda Civic Hybrid 2003, Electric Power Starring Control Unit (EPS Unit ) is damaged, I replace it with an other one but its not working / Car Steering is still hard.

Have you checked the fuse for the motor? I just read on line that it takes a 60-70 amp fuse (probably a fusable link somewhere under the hood ). If the motor really went out it could easily have taken the fuse with it. Or it could be that was the whole problem all along maybe ? I hope not for your sake.
