Bluetooth connects to devices for media, but not phone
Over the last few weeks my Samsung S6 bluetooth connection starting acting weird. It continously will connect for media but phone conversations will not connect (eventhough phone is turned on in the bluetooth setting). This issue is not just one device, but with numerous devices including rental car bluetooth systems. In rental cars I can listen to the songs on my phone, but not have a conversation. Is the phone bluetooth defective or is there a fix? Thank you for any and all help!

Do you have an antivirus or anti-malware program on your phone if not I would physically write down all your contacts and phone information and then reset it to factory default, then test it afterward because that sounds more like a phone virus or a phone hack of some kind.
