How can I get past the Erasing then the No Command Android?

I am getting continuos sequence of the Erasing android for 9 seconds then the No command android follows on for a second then the Erasing android .

When the Erasing android comes on and I press the power button the screen dims a little and rotating cube at the android's chest stops rotating till the No Command android appears momentarily followed by the Erasing android and the phone light returns to normal.

What do I do?
