touch screen not working

I tried to put a new sim card when I was away on holidays and my doogee demanded a privacy protection password ,the screen had the keyboard showed but could not type,everything on the screen is froozen ,I tried to go on google to find my device and do something but I could not get far so here am I looking for help !!
