Black screen after screen froze
IMac 24 inch 1224 late 2007
My late 2007 IMac stopped working.
The screen froze and the IMac shut down.
After restart only a black screen.
The leds are burning except the last one.
I know this has to do with the communication to the screen.
But could it also mean that the graphic card has died?
I see to many different opions in this matter.
Is this a good question?

Do you have access to an external monitor? If you can connect that to your iMac and it works fine, then you will know the GPU is working.

First let's positively identify your machine. The A1224 was a 20" machine.
