Why when is on no matter what position it doesnt heat?

Si ya no está cubierto por el período de garantía, ya que existe el poder OK en el Griddler (la luz LED se ilumina), pero el elemento no se calienta la unidad tendría que ser dis-montado y comprobado para ver cuál es el problema y si si piezas de repuesto están disponibles puede ser reparado.

If you have had it for less than 3 years it should be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Here is an image of the warranty provided by the manufacturer. (Click on the image to enlarge it for better viewing).

Follow the instructions as to what you have to do to obtain a warranty repair or replacement.

If it is no longer covered by the warranty period, as there is power OK on the Griddler (the LED light is glowing), but the element is not heating the unit would have to be dis-assembled and checked out to see what the problem is and whether if replacement parts are available it can be repaired.
