High traffic times as well as any time of day. Text messages "sending" for over 3 mins and no completion. Multiple failures even with 3 bars signal. Is this just a carrier problem (T-MOBIL) or is the constant high temp the problem? WI FI is always turned off as I seldomley have need of it. Hot even when just using the phone for more than 2-5 minutes. This is my second phone of this design with the same problem.. What's up with this device type? screens jumping when not touched.

I have this problem at my home. Most of the time I have poor reception. Many times my at my home the phone says emergency calls only and text messages are very slow to complete. The brand of phone is not the issue. Poor reception is the problem. Any phone in my home has the same problem. Good luck!

My mom has the same phone. It was $35 brand new and she says it's junk. She has a lot of the same problems and it's only with that phone.
