Why is there a frowny face on my lumina 635?
When I plug the phone in there is a sad face on the screen and can't get it to go off or even have my phone stay on, even with the sad face! Help me!

nicolegneiting that is usually related to a failed update and your Lumia cannot find the operating files. Start off with a Soft Reset on your phone by pressing and holding the Power button and the Volume Down button for approximately 10 seconds, until the phone vibrates. Once it vibrates, release both buttons.
If that doesn't work, then you may have to perform a hard reset. That will delete all your files and settings.
