Why is my printer not printing after upgrading my laptop?
My printer is connected to the Laptop but cannot printing after I upgraded my laptop to Windows 8.1

You may well need a newer version of the printer driver installing alongside your upgrade to Windows. Go to the HP website and search for your model of printer, download all the latest drivers (usually in the support section of the website) and see how you get on. I have had to do this myself with my Epsom printer after upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10. The latest driver was specifically designed for Windows 10, once I did this I was good to go again, best of luck!

Get your windows 8.1 drivers HERE and install it (chose your appropriate windows version (64 or 32))
