what is the easiest way to replace a fuel pump diaphram on a 1976 harley gas golf cart.

Kat, Search the net for your models fuel pump rebuild kit, to make sure it is available. Remove fuel pump from carts engine, disassemble pump, remove diaphragms noting placement/order(take pictures if you like) and replace with new diaphragm/s, reassemble and try it out.
