Sarah, Find link/guide below on how to replace the screen on ClickN Kids Tablet, If you or a friend would like to tackle the job your selves. If not wanting to tackle repair any small computer/cell phone repair shop in your area will be able to change the screen for you fairly easily, make sure to get an estimate on parts and labor.
