Why won't my Jambox power on after update failure?

I was updating my JAMBOX using the updater found on jawbone.com when the update failed. I was updating with software found at:

Now my jambox will not power on. It is recognized by my windows PC as a Jambox, but it will not restore or update. When I try to update using the file above, or any other file, I receive the message: "Please ensure that you have a Jawbone device plugged in that is compatible with the selected file type."

I called JAWBONE and they said it's dead forever.

HELP! :(

Hi,

Try to connect with other PC. This happened to me as well using macbook, but when I connected my jambox to another laptop, the update worked. Hopefully this works for you as well. Good luck!
