Did you try a clean install without putting back the recovery?

yes i did tried clean installation of window but sometime blue screen appear

while installing window

i know the blue screen when installing windows its probably because the speed of optical drive or hard drive I would recommend you to put windows on USB recommended to be USB 3.0 but 2.0 will work this link can let you install windows 10 official https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software... but there is some issues u will need good internet you will need another computer maybe your friend or something when you download the file it will say upgrade this pc or create installation media for another device you are gone choose create installation media then you will choose what to install on you will choose you USB then it will make everything for you plug into your laptop and run the installation

I already tried that but even clean install window has same problem

Go to your BIOS and change to factory settings. If you can get the Laptop to work my advice is to get the latest video card drivers if possible. (Some laptops video cards will not update.) Also if you still have windows updates you should get them all until there are no more available. Also if you cannot get the laptop up the check you HDD to see if it has any errors and check all your memory cards to see if they are in tight.

You need to get the updated video driver for your system which a search says it is

NVIDIA GeForce 830M (2 GB DDR3 dedicated)

Bsod appear three times while i was installing the drivers after installation

It shows again

Try a Live CD like an Ubuntu LIVE CD and boot your computer with it. See if that works. If it does then your hardware is good if it doesn't then there might be something wrong with the computer.

How To Fix a Blue Screen of Death

1. you just install a new program or a piece of hardware, update a driver, install an update, etc.? If so, there's a very good chance that the change you made caused the BSOD.

Undo the change you made and test again for the STOP Error. Depending on what change you made, some solutions might include:

1.Startup using Last Known Good Configuration to undo recent registry and driver changes

2.Use System Restore to undo recent system changes.

3. Roll Back device driver to version prior to your driver update.

2. Check that there's enough free space left on the drive Windows is installed on.

3. Scan your computer for viruses. Some viruses can cause a Blue Screen of Death.

4. Apply all available Windows service packs and other updates.

5. Update drivers for your hardware.

6. Check the System and Application logs in Event Viewer for errors or warnings that might provide more clues on the cause of the BSOD.

7. Return hardware settings to default in Device Manager.

8. Return BIOS settings to their default levels. An overclocked or misconfigured BIOS can cause all sorts of random issues, including BSODs.

9. Make sure all internal cables, cards, and other components are installed and seated properly.

10. Perform diagnostic tests on all hardware you're able to test.

11. Update your BIOS. In some situations, and outdated BIOS could cause a Blue Screen of Death due to certain incompatibilities.

12. Start your PC with essential hardware only. A useful troubleshooting step in many situations, including BSOD issues, is to start your computer with the minimum hardware necessary to run the operating system.

How to Fix Error “whea_uncorrectable_error” on Windows 8.1, Windows 10

Quick solution to fix “whea_uncorrectable_error” in Windows 10

Step 1: Download this PC Scan & Repair tool

Step 2: Click “Start Scan” to find Windows issues that could be causing “whea_uncorrectable_error” in Windows 10

Step 3: Click “Start Repair” to fix all issues.

Solution 1 – Disable Overclock in BIOS

The most common fix for whea_uncorrectable_error is disabling overclock from your BIOS. To do that, just follow these steps:

Open Start Menu and go to Settings

Go to Update and Security, and then to Recovery tab

Click on Advanced Startup and your computer will restart

On advanced startup, Go to Troubleshoot, then Advanced Options and then UEFI Firmware Settings

Click Restart

After the computer is restarted, it should open BIOS automatically, so go Advanced tab

Than to Performance, and look for Overclocking

Make sure overclocking is disabled

Save changes to BIOS (by pressing F10 on your keyboard), and start your computer normally

After disabling overclocking, you shouldn’t face this issue anymore, but if it’s still present, check out one of the following solutions.

Solution 2 – Start Windows in Safe Mode and Check for Drivers

Reboot or close the Windows 8.1, Windows 10 PC

When the PC starts press “F8” on the keyboard or another combination would be “Shift + F8”.
