iPhone disabled for 14,020 minutes
The incorrect pass code was entered by kids playing. I have no way of knowing how many times but it must be more than 5. The phone subsequently died and when recharged the "disabled for 19,020 minutes" appeared and it has been counting down since. The clock is reading January. I don't want to wipe it and start again as there are still some pictures, contacts and IM's I hope to recover. It does have a SIM card in it at the time. I'm wondering what will happen if I put the SIM card from iphone 6S in it. Would the passcode then be the one for the 6 or the 5? I have not backed it up for 6 months, as I got a new phone. I'm not sure if I still have the computer I used to back it up, would it matter as long as i connect to the icloud/itunes? I'm not positive I still know the pass code but do know icloud password. If I just wait for the 14,020 do I still only have less than 5 attempts before it deletes? What should I try first?
THANKS
Is this a good question?
