iPhone 5c Unresponsive vertical "Line" in screen after replacement

After I replaced my broken screen, everything looked good! but for some reason a certain vertical line won't work (there is no white line, just unresponsive section), I can't type the letters u,j,b,n, the problem goes from the top to the bottom.

Resetting, locking and unlocking fix the problems temporarily, so I guess this is a software problem, can anybody help me with this? Please.

Clean out the digitizer connector with alcohol, then reseat it. If that doesn't work, its a bad screen.

just did that, worked fine for some minutes then the problem appeared again... I don't think it might be a bad screen, because the screen was working good in another iPhone :(

put the original screen back on and see if that one works. If it does, its a bad screen. If not, report back.

it does work, I think the logic board in the iPhone I was doing the replacement is not working. thanks for your help

glad that was it. Its just part of repairs, sometimes you get bad parts. Its annoying as all heck, that's why most of us harp on getting parts from reputable sources.
