A new Ssd pcie for MBP mid 2014

Hey

I have a Macbook Pro 15 " mid 2014 A1398

I have a really hard time finding a new 3. part hard drive for the MBP.

Which hard drive should I look for that fits?

Can I use this one Samsung model mz-jpu256t/0a2?

And what is the differents between a mz-jpu256t/0a2 and mz-jpu256t/0a6?

I have really good experiences with the OWC drives for the MacBooks. No hassles, available with drive kit or just as a separate drive, and no worries about compatibility.

Please take care when replacing to do it ESD safe, static electricity can ruin everything and leave you with a very hard to repair MacBook. For instructions nothing beats the guide here on ifixit:
