The display light not work

When you try to fit the connectors on the screen of a 3G on my 3G by mistake and after putting the appropriate screen and new in my iPhone, the backlight does not work. What could be the solution?

In the case of damaged connectors, how did you change?

if you are very good at soldering and have the tools necessary you can do it, or send to repair shop-there are lots online offering this service.

search for hector truong on ifixit for his link to how he does it!
