how do i get the horn apart so i can fix the dihgram to work

Flyboy, If horn is in a vehicle, check fuse/relay first, then check that you are getting power to the horn. Since you did not state what horn needs repaired, I will post links to different speaker and vehicle horn diaphragm replacement/repair, you can always do a google or bing search for your particular year,make and model.
