Is this a new SD card or one that has worked before in the camera? if it is new what is the type, class and capacity of the card? if it has previously worked in the camera can you read it in a card reader connected to a PC?

In what format is the sd card formatted in? (i.e exFAT, FAT32 or NTFS). Have you tried formatting in all these formats and checking if it works?
