Why are my soles falling off?

the metal soles in my Felippo Empanade Deluxe Striker -Series X7- tap dancing shoes with inverted glitter-in-the-dark-laces are splitting at the toe. I have a performance at the Arroyo Grande fairgrounds next week... HELP... #TapLife :(
