We spilled a small amount of liquid on the touchpad then his computer shut down and he says "it went all staticky for a moment" and when we tried turning it on it showed a black screen (it was on it glowed a little) we tried to take off the bottom but we can't get it off. And by we I mean me and my brother so please help us my brother will be devistated if we can't fix this

To add to Mayer's answer, (Thanks Richard) here is a link to the Service Manual. On p.17 it gives the part number (s) for the Touchpad and on p.49 it details the removal procedure. I also suggest that you gently clean any liquid affected area with Isopropyl Alcohol 90%+ to remove any possibility of corrosion.
But it seeped in its been an hour or 2 since this happened
Hi, Remove the battery. Then you'll have to open the notebook furtherand gently clean the affected area put it back together and try it. If it still fails you may have to replace the touchpad assembly.

If it seems like too much for you, take it to a reputable computer repair service to get it professionally repaired. The sooner the better.
Thanks we will try both of those! Edit: one of the screws won't come out we've tried of lot shakes too so we might have to get someone else to do it but how mutch does it cost?
Try phoning a few repair services and asking for a 'ballpark' estimate of the cost . They won't know the exact cost until they see what is needed to be done, but perhaps you'll get some idea
