how it fix my iphone 5 it keeps restarting or freezing when powered? when it is powered it restarts in the matter of sec. i dropped it and then it started doing it .

First I would suggest trying a hard reset on the phone.
If that doesn't work, you could try doing a more in-depth restore, such as putting the phone in DFU mode. Here are a couple of articles that could provide guidance on how/when to perform such a restore:

Keep in mind that any type of restore on your phone will delete all contents that were not previously backed up on iTunes/iCloud.
